I want to like it

I was really excited for this makeup bag, I am slowly acquiring pieces to complete a set. I love the leather, but this makeup bag has not structural integrity, it won't look like the picture while in use. Which is fine, except that it just looks like a squishy mess of leather. I holds a lot of items, but just doesn't look like the nice half round makeup bag at all. The leather is nice, the inside is nice - you can wipe away stains, but it just doesn't hold a shape.
