However, if you find yourself unhappy with your purchase, the item should be returned to K.Slade within seven days of receipt. Only items returned in original/unworn condition will be accepted and a store credit will be issued. We do not offer exchanges at this time. Once we have received the item and the above conditions are met, pending any additional charges, a store credit will be issued and you can apply it to future orders. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges with the exception of defected merchandise. Return packages must include insurance and a tracking number. K.Slade is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged during the return process.

K.Slade sends all orders through the carrier selected at checkout. If you desire an express shipment, signature confirmation or insurance on your package please contact us at the time of your order. Express shipping, signature confirmations and insurance will require an additional charge. Addresses within the United States will receive a tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. All international packages ship without a tracking number.
Our small team works diligently to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays, and we ask that you allow one to two weeks for your order to ship.
